this is the moment after i realised that i will be working in a few weeks. and it's also the moment after i realised that having realised it makes it a fact of my life just like everything else that i accepted about it. it's not so special anymore. it becomes part of me.
there is one more side of me to be explored now that it opened up enough to sneak in, strike a match and have a look for as long as this tiny piece of wood is.
i'm curious and excited about this part of me. i will be turning the medal soon and see if it shines on the other side or if it needs polishing.
this is the moment after realisation and before a new quest.
