I don't get it. Is it so hard to do? I mean, in Febuary they can do it within weeks and in summer they just completely forget that there are people waiting to find out which courses are offered for the next term. and then there's the every so present sword of damokles hanging above my purse. hanging there just like a big...hanging thing.
