stupidity

ok, the heat is killing, but is that a reason to leave your brains at the door?
yesterday, gf and I had to fight with approx. 800 people and tell them in a friendly way that they are stupid. at some point we were not so friendly anymore.
we are helping out at opernwerkstatt and tell people where they are seated. we are vets, but this year the seating was changed after the tickets were sold - great! juuust great!
and now people who don't find their seats don't come and ask, no that would mean good thinking, they randomly take seats that don't belong to them and then refuse to be helped to their actual seats arguing that they KNOW that they don't exist. Well, I'm not sure but I'm paid (not much but still) to know each and every seat in the audience and they tell me that their seats are non-existent??? How can people be so dumb. At the premier and on sunday people were able to wait until told where they have to go. yesterday, they were just plain stupid and stubborn.

and now after about 30 minutes on hold at the teletip shop I'm beginning to think of suing them...
