no I'm not a geek

one of my friends from university called me an hour or so ago. after I picked up I was loaded with questions about her computer and why it might do what it does and how she can make the thing quit going crazy on her.
when I asked her, why she was calling me about that, hinting that I'm not an IT-expert, she said something along the lines of "yep I know, but you're a geek and I couldn't reach my brother."
