so from what I know now, information depends on the intelligence of the recipient and not on the speaker/giver of information...
knowing that i really see why some people won't understand certain stuff. they are stupid.
some of then just don't know how to do stuff without discussing it first and then when you want to discuss they refuse cuz they have to go crying...
